1. Booking procedures

1.2 All requests shall be reply by Bali Halal Tour & Travel via email within two (2) working days.
1.3 All quotations and confirmed bookings shall be sending by Bali Halal Tour via email within three (3) working days; however it depends on the kind of the requests.
2. Prices and conversion rates
2.1 All rates are quoted in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) for Indonesian citizen and US Dollar (USD) for Foreigners unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Please refer to us before making payment for the conversion rates; Bali Halal Tour reserves the right to change the prices should there is any changes by the Indonesian Government in its foreign exchange system.
2.3 All prices quoted are correct at the time of printing. In the event a service provider increases its prices to Bali Halal Tour during the course of this contract, we reserve the right to increase the prices under this contract.
2.4 All rates shall include the Indonesian Government Goods and Service Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
3. Tour prices/rates
3.1 All tour prices/rates are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Bali Halal Tour shall state all of the items/services included in the tour prices/rates unless otherwise specified.
3.3 All hotels/resorts room should be accommodate by a minimum number of adults per room; if otherwise happen the adult should be charge on single supplement or the accompanying child will be charge as adult.
3.4 Flight/ferry/cruise tickets, airport/port taxes, tips to porter, driver or local guides, items of personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, excess baggage fees, meals, parking/toll fees and any other items not specifically mentioned as included in the quotations/itineraries will be borne by the client directly unless specified.
4. Hotel/resort and luggage
4.1 Rooms are assigned by the hotels/resorts and based on ROH (run of house) unless otherwise arrangement.
4.2 Normal check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours; however the hotel/resort reserves the right to amend this.
4.3 The hotels/resorts only allowed 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children in a twin sharing room plus extra bed due to fire safety regulations.
4.4 Only one piece of luggage and one hand carry bag will be allowed for each guest. POTO Travel reserve the right to collect payment directly from the guests for any additional costs (including transportation) incurred for excess luggage.
4.5 All hotels rating are correct at the time of printing. It is subject to change without notice.
5.1 A 50% deposit from the total invoice amount is required at the time of confirm booking and the balance must be paid at least 1 week prior to departure.

6. Tour cancellations, partial cancellations, no show and amendment charges
6.1 Service suppliers (i.e. hotels/resorts, transportation companies, restaurants) or any other related companies may charge cancellation, amendments and/or no show fees depending on the situation.
6.2 In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled/partially cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied by the service providers and these charges will be billed to client/guest through Bali Halal Tour.
6.3 Bali Halal Tour cannot be held responsible for charges incurred due to unforeseen circumstances. Thus, any cancellation received will incur the following cancellation charges:
6.4 In the event of no show, no refund in full or in part will be given for services in the programme not utilized.
7. Cancellation procedures
7.1 Bali Halal Tour must be notified in writing of any cancellation by email.
7.2 A notice is only considered to have been served provided an acknowledgement and acceptance by Bali Halal Tour is obtained.
7.3 No refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the programme that is not utilized.
7.4 All refunds shall be made after all of the cancellation procedures between Bali Halal Tour and the service providers has been done; only after the refunded amount has been paid by the service providers.
8. Family policies
8.1 A child under the age of 12 years old occupying the same room as his/her parents and using existing bedding in the room usually accommodated FOC except where a child rate is stated.
8.2 The child rate is based on the child sharing with the minimum number of adults required in a room, otherwise will be charge as an adult.
8.3 A child is defined as an individual from 3 to 10 years old.
8.4 An infant is considered as an individual below 3 years old.
9.1 Bali Halal Tour acts only as agents for hotels and all other suppliers and finalizes all arrangements upon the expressed condition that it shall not be liable for any injury, damage, accident, inadvertent errors in booking, delays generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, vessel or aircraft or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying or accommodating passengers or in the carrying out arrangements of the ground content, tour or otherwise in connection with its operations.
9.2 To protect you and Bali Halal Tour, we require all clients to be adequately insured against the above – mentioned liabilities.
9.3 Bali Halal Travel will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the clients as a result of the foregoing causes over which it has no control, such as war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, act of God or Government, broken machinery or equipment required as part of clients itinerary or unavoidable events that cause the clients itinerary unenforceable.
9.4 Bali Halal Tour reserves the right to alter the itineraries and/or substitute services with or without prior notice as a result of circumstances beyond our control or if it deemed to be in the best interests of all parties concerned
9.5 The terms and conditions here shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of Indonesia as the law is construed and amended from time and any action in connection here shall be bought in the Indonesian court
9.6 In the unfortunate events where section 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 must jointly or separately be observed, Bali Halal Tour shall not be held liable for any liability above and beyond the costs incurred in the provision of the services
9.7 Bali Halal Tour reserves the right to amend any provisions in this terms and conditions.
9.8 Commencement of service will signify acceptance of the above conditions and responsibilities outlined.
